Core Responsibilities
  • Oversee and enhance the financial health and sales performance of each branch, ensuring optimal resource allocation for growth and profitability. Analyze monthly reports to identify and seize opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and implement innovative sales strategies and promotions that align with customer needs and company financial targets. Track and assess the effectiveness of these initiatives.
  • Lead and inspire store managers to achieve and surpass store objectives, fostering a motivated and high-performing workforce. Provide strategic guidance to resolve operational or personnel challenges.
  • Guide store managers in optimizing labor efficiency, conflict resolution, performance management, and training, ensuring a skilled and capable team.
  • Build and nurture strong industry relationships to uphold our reputation for reliability, quality, and customer focus.
  • Collaborate with store managers to initiate short-term actions that boost productivity, sales, and customer service, while crafting long-term strategic plans for future growth and adaptability.
  • Manage distribution, transportation, installation, and store operations, prioritizing efficiency, customer satisfaction, safety, and compliance with regulations.
  • Review operational reports to propose enhancements in efficiency and cost-effectiveness, implementing necessary changes based on data analysis.
  • Ensure robust inventory management, working with store managers to maintain accurate records and resolve discrepancies. Collaborate with purchasing to align inventory with sales trends and forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain a security protocol to safeguard company assets, conducting thorough investigations into any incidents and ensuring facilities remain secure and well-maintained.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant business discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of five years of progressive experience in sales and operational roles, with a proven track record in managing profit and loss.
  • In-depth knowledge of the housing industry and customer engagement strategies, with a preference for experience in manufactured housing.
  • Expertise in business planning and cultivating strong customer relationships.
  • Experience managing complex product lines and diverse clientele.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing multiple facilities and direct reports.
  • Exceptional customer service, organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to make informed decisions and manage conflicts effectively.
  • Familiarity with distribution and transportation operations, including the regulatory landscape.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience using ERP systems.
  • A commitment to operating with integrity, strong values, and ethical principles.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to lead and motivate others to achieve results while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Adaptable and resilient in the face of business changes, maintaining a positive outlook.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to maintain a strong presence across all locations.
