Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales, service, and administrative staff to achieve individual and team goals.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and maximize profitability in both service and sales departments.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the organization.
- Ensure effective communication between corporate headquarters and the store, facilitating seamless operations and alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor key performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans accordingly.
- Oversee customer relationship management processes to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion and differentiation.
- Spearhead the development and implementation of innovative strategies and initiatives to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue growth.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and empower team members to contribute ideas and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (a plus).
- Proven track record of success in automotive retail management, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of automotive sales and service operations, including dealership processes and industry best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative business strategies.
- Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software.
