ROLE DESCRIPTION
The role of the General Manager (GM) is to act as the primary point of contact for all client requirements and deliverables. The GM is responsible for meeting the market's monthly revenue targets, keeping up with existing client relationships and ensuring X3 process & procedures are being met. This includes but is not limited to: developing monthly construction forecasts that coincide with market revenue needs, managing market costs within projected targets, resource planning along with training, and ensuring overall company safety and quality practices are adhered to by all market personnel. The GM should fully understand all client expectations, navigate client portals efficiently, meet all standards, and successfully delegate tasks to Construction Managers (CM). Additionally, they must adhere to all client safety protocols under every Method of Procedure (MOP). The GM utilizes the Monthly Market and Work in Progress reports as a guide to managing Direct Project Costs including labor, subs, material, equipment, etc. to exceed market target expectations to sustain best in class metrics. The GMs role involves client RF Data Sheets, bid and stamped Construction drawings, bid notes, and various other customer build requirements to support the bidding process. GMs are to ensure accuracy of materials, labor and overall costs to ensure X3 Gross Margins and Direct Project Costs (DPCs) are met. The GM is the market lead who manages CMs, Field Technicians, and/or warehouse personnel to ensure customer satisfaction is being achieved as well as ensure all corporate policies, procedures, efficiency, and professional values are being enforced.

Yearly Compensation: $120,000.00 -$150,000.00

Field Knowledge
- Heavy equipment needed on sites.
- Understand construction related tools and operation.
- Trenching, shoring, prepping, plumbing pipe, drainage, back-fill, and compaction.
- Asphalt/concrete forming and pouring
- CMU and Retaining walls, block, fence, etc.
- Pettibone operation, material handling
- Drilling, caisson, steel cage, stack tower
- Generator set, fuel and test
- Power plants layout with earthquake bracing, batteries, AC / DC systems, electrical wiring
- 10 + years Telecommunications experience required with local market
- H-frame and ice bridge layout and mounting
- City, county and special inspections scheduled and completed.
- Familiar with local SD territory jurisdictions and geography - local candidates only
- Existing relationships with local subcontractors, suppliers, specialty services etc.
- Framing, Blocking, FRP, Structural Reinforcement, Steel
- Able to identify project issue and come up with solution
- Outlook, Excel, Word, Power point.
