The Position:

AJI Fence is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to oversee the daily operations, strategic growth, and overall success of the company. The General Manager will be responsible for leading teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our diverse clientele. This role requires a hands-on leader who understands the construction and fencing industry, has strong business acumen, and excels in managing operations, sales, and client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to project timelines.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and improve profitability.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and support a team of project managers, sales professionals, and field staff.
• Client Relations: Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers, including government entities, contractors, and residential clients.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth through effective financial planning.
• Project Management: Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
• Quality & Compliance: Uphold AJI Fence's high standards for craftsmanship, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a General Manager or senior leadership role within the construction, fencing, or related industry.
• Strong understanding of fencing materials, construction techniques, and project management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of local and state regulations related to fencing and construction is a plus.
