General Manager

HiFyve is hiring a General Manager in the food and beverage manufacturing industry in Zumbrota, Minnesota!

Salary: $175,000-$220,000 + 25% Bonus

Location: Zumbrota, MN (Relocation Assistance Offered)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee full P&L responsibility, including strategic planning, operations, and financial performance
• Develop and implement annual operating plans and long-term business strategies
• Lead pricing strategy development, incorporating cost drivers and market analysis
• Collaborate with operations management to guide manufacturing and production efforts
• Drive cross-functional projects for growth and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations in all business decisions
• Communicate company and business goals clearly across teams and departments
• Provide mentorship, leadership, and development planning for senior managers and staff
• Lead with a positive, motivational style and foster an inclusive and performance-driven culture
• Manage risk and legal exposure through sound decision-making and appropriate consultation

Education Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in a related field preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 12+ years of experience in manufacturing, ideally in food and/or beverage
• 4+ years of experience managing senior managers and multiple departments
• Deep understanding of sales, manufacturing processes, and financial strategy
• Proven leadership in improving quality, safety, service, and cost outcomes
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
• Ability to influence, collaborate, and lead cross-functional teams effectively
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
• Comfortable navigating change and managing conflict with professionalism
