Sales Leadership:

Customer Relationship Management:
  • - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and follow-up.
  • - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance the overall customer experience.


Inventory Management:
  • - Oversee the dealership's inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and variety.
  • - Collaborate with the purchasing department to determine inventory needs based on market demand.


Reporting and Analysis:
  • - Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, outlining performance against targets.
  • - Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.


Team Development:
  • - Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to ensure a knowledgeable and motivated team.

Requirements

  • - Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales management or a similar role.
