RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, hire, and train sales teams to build and maintain strong customer relations.
- Understand and implement company culture and selling value to our customers
- Be the collective voice of the sales group to assist where needed to improve
- Work with a large number of sales reps to solve problems and offer solutions to customers.
- Work with suppliers to coordinate sales meetings and lead generation programs
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
- Assess current team processes and procedures, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
- Assess individual performance and suggest corrective actions as needed
- Be a leader to the sales group and actively support all company initiatives
