RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
Maintain positive relationships with our clients, factory representatives, and vendors
Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
Work with our marketing team to develop advertising campaigns
Achieve manufacturer performance objectives
Manage the new vehicle inventory including ordering and dealer trades
Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
Manage all other aspects of the sales department
Desk Deals, Track Gross Logs and RDR cars
REQUIREMENTS:
Prior luxury automotive sales managerial experience required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Understanding of inventory control
Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, ADP/CDK, CRM)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong work ethic
Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
