The Work
The GEOINT Analyst is a key member of the USARPAC G37 Theater Exercises mission, tasked with delivering comprehensive GEOINT analysis to enhance the operational readiness and capabilities of U.S. land forces. The role supports strategic and tactical initiatives dictated by U.S. Army and USINDOPACOM service components, focusing on the execution of Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) and Decisive Actions. The analyst's work is instrumental in promoting Joint Forces warfighting proficiency, fostering trusted alliances, and bolstering partner capacity and interoperability within the USINDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).
This position performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Cayuse.

Pay Range
USD $82,000.00 - USD $92,000.00 /Yr.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Perform the full spectrum of GEOINT analysis from NTM derived imagery to fulfill Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs) of senior decision-makers and warfighters.
- Engage in the planning, coordination, and execution of exercises that enhance Joint Forces' readiness for MDO and Decisive Actions, directly supporting USARPAC G37 Theater Exercises mission.
- Apply GEOINT to support Theater Campaign Plans and align with national-level strategic guidance.
- Participate in identifying and synchronizing GEOINT-related experimentation, integrating it into home station training, Joint and Army exercises, Command Post, and Tabletop Exercises.
- Utilize advanced GEOINT tools and methodologies to develop products that support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Author First and/or Second Phase GEOINT reports to communicate intelligence findings effectively.
- Work flexible hours to meet mission requirements and provide consistent intelligence support.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications - Here's What You Need
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of focused GEOINT experience or a high school diploma/GED with 6 years of specialized GEOINT experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in NTM imagery exploitation and GEOINT Analysis and Production tools.
- Experience authoring First and/or Second Phase GEOINT reports.
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet mission requirements.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
- Must possess problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to respond effectively to customers with a sense of urgency.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.
- Highly motivated with the ability to handle and manage multiple tasks at any one time.
- Ability to forge new relationships, individual and teaming in nature.
- Must be a Self-starter, that can work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience within the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility.
- Experience in an NGA facility or at a Combatant Command (CENTCOM, EUCOM, INDOPACOM, AFRICOM).
- Familiarity with Structured Observation Management (SOM).
- Completion of a military service Imagery Analysis course or an equivalent training program.
- GEOINT Professional Certification at the Imagery Analyst Level II (IA-II) or higher.

Working Conditions
- Professional office environment.
- Must be able to perform duties on-site at Fort Shafter, HI
