Position: Personal Injury Litigation Associate
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid Work Options Available)
Salary: $125,000 + Performance-Based Incentives

Our Atlanta-based personal injury law firm is seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years of verifiable experience in personal injury litigation, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow within the field.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of personal injury litigation.
Draft pleadings, motions, and respond to discovery.
Conduct depositions, mediations, and trials as needed.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
Develop and implement case strategies to secure favorable outcomes.
Qualifications
The candidate must have 3-5 years of proven experience handling personal injury litigation cases.
Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills are required.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting is essential.
A strong dedication to providing exceptional client service is a must.
Must be a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
