Responsabilits
- Assurer la rsolution des incidents de facon efficaces et rapidesdes
- Coordonner toutes activits requises pour solutionner les incidents
- Grer les communications internes et externes
- Traiter des incidents pour s'assurer que tous les protocoles sont suivis avec diligence
- Superviser le processus de gestion des incidents et les membres de l'quipe impliqus dans la rsolution de l'incident.
- Intervenir en cas d'incident de service signal, en identifier la cause et lancer le processus de gestion des incidents.
- Prioriser les incidents en fonction de leur urgence et de leur influence sur l'entreprise.
- Documenter qui dcrivent les protocoles d'incident tels que la faon de grer les menaces de cyberscurit ou de corriger les dfaillances des systmes ainsi que des quipements.
- Enregistrement de tous les incidents et de leur rsolution pour voir s'il y a des dysfonctionnements rcurrents.
- Ajuster le processus de gestion des incidents au besoin pour en assurer l'efficacit.
- Communiquer rapidement avec la haute direction si des problmes majeurs sont dtects dans le systme informatique.
- Exigences relatives au gestionnaire d'incidents :
- Baccalaurat en technologie de l'information, en gnie ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Au moins 5 annes de solides expriences en rsolution d'incidents dans un secteur critique
- Au moins 5 ans d'exprience dans la gestion des services informatiques, ou un rle similaire.
- Solide connaissance des logiciels de gestion des services informatiques,
- Exprience de travail avec des systmes et des logiciels informatiques tels que ServiceNow.
- Excellents leadership avec comptences en gestion et capacit collaborer avec les membres de l'quipe.
- Capacit d'analyser un volume lev de donnes techniques et de travailler dans un environnement au rythme rapide.
- Solides comptences en rsolution de problmes, en analyse et en gestion du temps
- Dispos relever de solides dfis pour assurer l'excellence des services en gestion des incidents
- Bilinguisme Franais anglais

- Coordinator Critical Incident Manager ServiceNow (Dorval)
- Responding to a reported service incident,
- Identifying sources of the incident
- Communicating with all team members involved in resolving the incident.
- Identifying the cause, initiating the incident management process.
- Prioritizing incidents according to their urgency and influence on the business.
- Producing documents that outline incident protocols such as how to handle cybersecurity threats or how to correct server failures.
- Collaborating with the incident management team to ensure that all protocols are diligently followed.
- Logging all incidents and their resolution to see if there are recurring malfunctions.
- Adjusting the incident management process as required to ensure its effectiveness.
- Communicating with upper management if major issues are found in the IT system.
- Incident Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 year's experience working in Incident solving.
- 5 years IT service management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management software ServiceNow
- Experience working with IT systems and software.
- Solid knowledge application and System support
- Excellent managerial skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
- Ability to analyze a high volume of technical data and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilinguism French & English
- Must be authorised to work in Canada Indefinitely
