We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Global Franchise Brand Director to join our team and lead the growth of one of our global hotel franchise brand customers. This role requires someone with a strong background in managing complex customer relationships and guiding teams to achieve ambitious targets.
As the Global Account Director, your key responsibilities will include overseeing account management and growth of one of our largest hotel customers, developing sales strategies, executing projects in a collaborative environment, and building and managing a team of people who will work with you to execute your strategy. You will also work closely with internal and external senior stakeholders to build and maintain strong partnerships.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and curious, with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. Success in this role will depend on your strategic insight, clear communication, commitment to excellence, and dedication to providing exceptional customer experiences on a global scale.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
- Coach and manage a team focused on the success of a global hotel franchise brand (including sales, account management and project management).
- Own the customer revenue growth strategy + delivery of value realization through a mutually committed customer success plan.
- Managing expectations, commitments and delivery on requirements for the customer (internally and externally).
- Manage customer performance, create forecasting and manage health/risk..
- Responsible for customer management and growth through opportunity identification adoption, expansion and renewal.
- Nucleus for the customer. Regulates the customer interactions/activities across their entire journey with Mews
- Drive synergy and accountability for customer experience/journey (internal and externally) - through hyper collaboration with Product, Sales, Tech, Deployment, Support, Marketing, Finance and Ops.
- Executive communication and governance - through business review, executive commitments, advisory boards etc. (internally + externally).
- Facilitate a "one business" approach to driving customer growth relentlessly.
- Track record of leading and building high performing teams (5+) in the Enterprise Segment ($10million ARR +) with Franchise Businesses
- Track record of growing Global Enterprise Account customers and selling SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) products
- Track record of exceeding multi-million dollar revenue and adoption targets with Enterprise Account Customers.
- Confident in engaging with stakeholders at every level, from internal team members and vendors to executives and brand representatives, ensuring clear and impactful communication.
- In depth understanding of the how enterprise franchise businesses operate and managing across multi levels of stakeholders including executive level relationships.
- Known for a keen attention to detail while keeping a strategic view, demonstrating resourcefulness, risk management, and a positive attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to approach challenges with a structured and methodical mindset, proactively anticipating issues, and implementing effective solutions through strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
- Consultative - Focuses on creative value and trust by exploring customer needs through deep discovery and collaboration. You will consultatively frame the problems to uncover the right solution fit through an achievable program of change, using your expertise to provide professional solutions and guidance as a trusted advisor to the customer.
- Interpersonal Intelligence - The ability to understand, interact and influence effectively with others to inspire confidence and respect. Superior verbal and non-verbal communication skills, the ability to note distinctions amongst others and how they work, sensitivity to other moods and temperaments, and the ability to entertain multiple perspectives.
- Strategic Execution - Demonstrates the ability to create, implement and execute strategic planning with the customer to reach customer goals, delivery growth and realisation of value in the partnership. Comprises the daily structures, systems, processes, and governance to set the customer up for success.
