PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Building and Managing Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients globally, understanding their needs, challenges, and strategic objectives.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop comprehensive account plans that align with both client objectives and company goals, identifying growth opportunities and mitigating risks.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and delivery of solutions that meet client needs.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the primary advocate for the client within the company, ensuring that their voice is heard and their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the health of the client relationship and track progress against targets. Provide regular reports and updates to both internal stakeholders and the client.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION
  • At least 5 years of experience interacting with oil and gas customers
  • Prefer experience with NOV product lines

  • Compilation and concise, accurate technical and commercial proposals.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Preparation of annual budget plans and updates.
