Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless brand integration across all customer and stakeholder touchpoints for a consistent and engaging experience.
- Develop and implement brand guidelines for each of Maytronics' brands to maintain consistency across all marketing and product initiatives.
- Oversee the content creation and ensure our products and brands are presented in compliance with brand standards both internally and externally by our partners.
- Lead brand-centric campaigns and projects, aligning with corporate goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Care, Product, and Sales teams to maintain a strong brand presence across web, social media, digital campaigns, in-store displays, and product packaging.
- Evolve and modernize the brand image, messaging, and visual identity to ensure relevance and competitiveness.
- Work cross-functionally to enhance digital engagement, leveraging journey mapping and design thinking to optimize consumer interactions.
- Identify key touchpoints in the consumer journey and implement strategies to improve engagement and retention.
- Develop and execute brand integration strategies for new product launches and market expansions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define positioning, target audiences, and value propositions for various market segments.
- Track, measure, and assess the effectiveness of branding initiatives using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Provide regular reporting on brand performance, consumer trends, and key metrics with actionable recommendations.
- Act as a brand ambassador, driving internal alignment and ensuring all brand communications adhere to the company's standards and objectives.
- Support internal teams with brand training and resources to strengthen brand advocacy within the organization.
- Stay current on market trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging branding strategies to ensure continued growth and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications (or equivalent work experience). An advanced degree or certification in Digital Marketing, Brand Strategy, or Consumer Insights is a plus.
- 7 years or more of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications within a consumer-facing industry.
- Deep understanding of brand strategy, marketing planning, and content development.
- Experience working with international markets, and understanding country specific considerations to adapt to the local business environment.
- Proven experience leading brand integration projects and managing brand identity across multiple touchpoints.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from strategy to execution.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly articulating brand messaging and positioning.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and support brand-related initiatives.
- Experience with data analysis and consumer insights, using performance metrics to inform and optimize brand strategies.
- Understanding of consumer behavior, brand loyalty drivers, and experience design principles.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence internal and external partners.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset, staying ahead of market trends and evolving branding best practices.
