The Global Change Management and Organization Design Manager partners across the organization to play a pivotal role in shaping workforce strategy and organizational culture. This role is designed for a people-centered, influence-oriented leader who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and creating impactful change across complex organizations.

Employees at this level have expert knowledge and work under a high degree of latitude to address complex issues and problems.

This role reports to Sr Manager, Global Culture with ongoing partnership with workforce and department leaders, department and area HR teams, and other COEs.

Responsibilities
Change Management Product Leadership: Lead the evolution and implementation of our Org Design & Change Management Framework ("Leading Change") with a product manager's precision, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and values.
Develop and Implement Change Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies to support organizational transformation initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement and Support: Collaborate with leaders and department heads across the organization, as well as other stakeholders, to create and/or support change initiatives and align organizational structures, roles, processes, and workplace strategies to business objectives.
Consultation & Training: Provide expert consultation and training on change management and organization design, empowering teams to navigate and embrace change effectively and ensure clarity and consensus around strategies.
Communication Plans: Develop, influence, and coordinate the implementation of change-related communication strategies to keep all levels of the organization informed and engaged, based on the scope of change.
Data and Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and strategies, as well as data from workforce studies, to inform change management planning, partner on culture, employee engagement, and workplace strategies, and identify opportunities for growth.
Monitoring & Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the success of implemented strategies, providing recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions.
Recognition Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive recognition strategy to celebrate employee achievements, enhance engagement, and foster a positive organizational culture, ensuring alignment with company values and goals.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field
8+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness, change management, HR business partnering, culture, or related areas.
Proven ability to drive people and culture programs that are recognized as valuable by key stakeholders.
Comprehensive understanding of best practices and experience managing complex change and organization design initiatives, effectively influencing across organizational boundaries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
Proven ability to see systemic connections, understand organizational implications, and think creatively and holistically in analyzing and addressing business needs.
Excellent relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
Thrives in dynamic and evolving environments; relishes the challenge of bringing order to unstructured spaces and being a proactive agent of change, even when it feels uncomfortable.
Enjoys coaching and providing exceptional customer service as a way of building change management, culture and employee experience, and workplace strategy competency in others.
Ability to manage complex organizational change and design initiatives with attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative approach.
To successfully perform the essential functions of the job there may be physical requirements which need to be met such as sitting for extended periods of time and using computer monitors/equipment.

Preferred:
Master's degree in a related field.
Extensive experience leading enterprise-wide organization design and change management projects.
Certifications in coaching, change management, or organization design.
Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscapes.
Experience in strategic planning and resource evaluation.
Ability to present and communicate strategic plans effectively to various stakeholders.
