POSITION SUMMARY

KKR is seeking an Analyst for its Insurance Team in the New York office. The KKR Insurance Team does not underwrite or sell insurance policies, but rather is responsible for developing and distributing investment solutions to meet the needs of KKR's insurance company clients, an important and strategic institutional sales segment.

While the team works across a number of verticals, including Distribution/Relationship Management, Strategy/Analytics, Product Development, Capital Markets and Strategic Activity, this role would primarily focus on Distribution/Relationship Management.

KKR has deep insurance sector experience, having worked with insurance companies since its inception in 1976. As of September 30, 2022, KKR had over $56 billion of third-party, unaffiliated insurance company assets under management from over 150 global insurance clients. Additionally, KKR has identified the insurance channel as one of its key priorities and growth opportunities, as it seeks to further increase its penetration in the global insurance market.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

A successful candidate typically will have ~1-2 years of relevant experience. Experience in an asset management sales role or working with insurance company clients would be viewed as a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support 2-3 relationship managers on their fundraising, relationship and business management activities
  • Work closely with others on the relationship management and product teams on tasks, including client presentations, meeting preparation, fund marketing, sales territory management, CRM database management and client-specific follow-up requests and projects
  • Aid in the development and maintenance of Insurance Team business metrics and reports
  • Assist with other Insurance Team projects and initiatives on an ad hoc basis

This is the expected annual base salary range for this New York-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.

Base Salary Range

$120,000-$130,000 USD
