ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Global Demand Generation Marketing Manager to drive sales-led demand generation for our premier cloud computing client's premier global events. This role will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact demand generation strategies, equipping sales teams with the right enablement materials, and driving pipeline acceleration.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketing professional with 6+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign management, sales enablement, and digital marketing. They will collaborate closely with global sales teams and cross-functional marketing partners to create and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Campaign Management
Develop and execute sales-led demand generation strategies to support pipeline growth and revenue acceleration for flagship global events.
Lead multi-channel digital campaigns (email, paid media, ABM, webinars, etc.) with a focus on conversion optimization.
Align closely with WW Sales teams to ensure campaign messaging and targeting are tailored for key customer segments.
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from planning and implementation to analysis and optimization.
Utilize marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM platforms (Salesforce) to execute and track campaigns effectively.
Sales Enablement & Collaboration
Build and communicate sales enablement materials including pitch decks, playbooks, FAQs, and competitive insights.
Act as the primary marketing liaison with sales, ensuring teams have the right tools and assets to drive demand.
Train and support sales teams on leveraging demand generation programs to engage prospects and close deals.
Campaign Analysis & Optimization
Track, measure, and report on campaign performance with a strong focus on lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
Analyze campaign data and customer insights to continuously refine strategies and improve effectiveness.
Provide actionable recommendations for campaign optimization, audience segmentation, and content personalization.
Qualifications & Experience
6+ years of experience in the following areas:
Demand Generation - Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue growth through strategic marketing programs.
Campaign Management - Hands-on experience with end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Sales Enablement - Experience developing sales tools, content, and training programs to support global sales teams.
Campaign Analysis - Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to measure campaign performance and optimize for better results.
Building Effective Relationships - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and operations.
Communication (Written & Verbal, Organizational) - Strong ability to craft compelling marketing messages and communicate insights effectively.
Digital Campaigns - Expertise in executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns using automation platforms and CRM tools.
Accuracy & Attention to Detail - Detail-oriented approach to campaign execution, reporting, and data analysis.
Preferred:
Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology marketing with a focus on enterprise audiences.
Familiarity with cloud computing, or enterprise tech ecosystems.
Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and personalization tactics.
