As a Global Key Account Manager (GKAM) at Krber, you will hold a critical leadership role responsible for nurturing and expanding the business relationship with one of our key customers across North America and Europe. This role involves developing strategic account plans, driving business growth and new business opportunities, achieving quarterly goals, and fostering collaboration among internal and external teams, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
This role can be located in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex or close to our customer in Seattle, Washington. This role requires domestic and international travel approximately 50% of the time.

As a Global Key Account Manager (GKAM) at Krber, you will hold a critical leadership role responsible for nurturing and expanding the business relationship with one of our key customers across North America and Europe. Your role in our team
- You will develop and implement key account strategies to drive business growth, achieve sales targets, and collaborate across multiple areas of the organization, including global alignment with Services, Operations, Bid Factory, and others.
- You will have direct responsibility for one premiere customer account. As the primary point of contact, you will establish and maintain strong relationships, understand customer needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
- You will become an industry expert on the overall market, pricing, and competitive landscape-positioning yourself as a top performer and capitalizing on strategic opportunities for growth.
- You will bring innovative ideas and build rapport with external customers across locations and divisions, strengthening relationships through roadmaps and strategic initiatives that ensure long-term success.
- You will identify and drive new business opportunities, ensuring a robust sales pipeline, while developing creative solutions to complex challenges that enhance overall efficiency.
- You will network with industry professionals and potential partners by attending trade shows, conferences, and other key events.
- You will provide regular reports and strategic updates to the Global SVP of Sales in Germany and the US team.
