Pay Range
$77,000-$95,500 USD

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Be the point of contact within the service for escalations, customer services issues, approvals, HR activity, driving continuous improvement initiatives and develop best in class services within the team
- Oversees exceptional performance levels on site across all areas of the operation including, but not restricted to: inventory control, vendor management, cost effectiveness and timely delivery of products and services across multiple regions
- Assist with cross functional management teams to provide the best possible service and cost to our customers
- Ensure Logistics Business Plans, KPI's, values and people processes are delivered.
- Compile, report, and present in all client business reviews: monthly, quarterly, and annual.
- Supports the Logistics teams to attract, acquire, retain and develop the necessary talent to continuously improve team performance and capabilities
- Prepares reports or documentation to share with key stakeholders to help deliver great service at the best possible cost for the organization and our partners. This includes, but not limited to, daily labor plans, output reports, inventory health, and key projects that support efficiency and effectiveness within Logistics vertical
- Develop and drive VSM's, maximizing value and minimizing waste.
- Assists and deputize for the SDM with the operational relationships with all third-party partners across the operation, ensuring timely and effective communication with client stakeholders
- Analyze inventory levels and make suggestions based on current and future usage for partners
- Ensure all inbound & outbound shipments are planned, actioned and adhere to SLA. Shipments should adhere at all times to regulatory requirements.
- Communicates necessary information to Logistics vertical for success, as well as identifies and provides solutions to any risks to stakeholders.
- Be up to date and and communicate changes to Trade regulations within the business and potential restrictions, working to overcome and adapt
- Drive communication across teams with global alignment on service improvements
- Grow, develop and motivate team members
- Provide forward thinking and drive green initiatives, reducing waste and carbon footprint
- Maintain only the highest levels of tidiness, cleanliness and organization across all work areas
- Lead performance management initiatives for all teams & report into the SDM
- Help create a positive and fun working environment
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- 4+ years' experience leading in a challenging environment whilst delivering results.
- Management of a international/regional services
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Hands-on, strong, proactive problem-solving skills.
- Must be data driven and a good anticipated planner.
- Background in Lean is beneficial
- Experience in IT Logistics & asset management
- Experience with manufacturing/production line experience would be beneficial
- Ability to understand and thrive in a high volume work environment during extremely busy peak seasons.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, demanding environment, under immense pressure. The pace requires independent and confident thinking, self-motivation and determination.
- Experience managing as a vendor is highly desired.
- Ability to travel for event support domestically and internationally as needed.
- Availability to support outside of normal business hours, including weekends, as business needs.
- This position is EXEMPT.
Pay Range
$77,000-$95,500 USD
