What You'll Do
Working with the Director of Merchandising, define product strategies that exceed customer expectations and meet financial goals for the brand - including global line architecture, product flow, pricing, across all DTC and Wholesale channels

This role requires a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Merchandising or a related discipline and 3-5 years merchandising, buying and/or line management experience with another apparel brand.

What We'll Provide
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $80,000 - $110,000 per year at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training. Please note that the range details reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program.

What You'll Do
Working with the Director of Merchandising, define product strategies that exceed customer expectations and meet financial goals for the brand - including global line architecture, product flow, pricing, across all DTC and Wholesale channels
- Build regional store and ecomm assortments for US DTC, maintaining lifecycle, markdowns and product shifts in season
- Manage and communicate product margins for both DTC and wholesale working closely with design, product development, and costing team on improvements
- Develop, communicate, and deliver the Seasonal Global Line Plan for all sportswear product categories. Consolidate US DTC requests with regional- and channel-specific requests
- Ensure product category launches are synced across apparel, accessories, footwear, and equipment divisions
- Maintain an accurate Global line plan and communicate updates or changes to cross functional partners in an ongoing and timely basis ensuring Sku productivity is maintained
- Partner closely with production and supply chain to ensure on-time delivery of product; track inventory and make recommendations for adjustments to inventory flow as needed
- Assess the competitive market with respect to trends, marketing & product strategy; react to ensure market leadership
- Participate in seasonal buy reviews, highlighting key growth areas and product strategies
What We're Looking For
This role requires a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Merchandising or a related discipline and 3-5 years merchandising, buying and/or line management experience with another apparel brand.
Other qualifications include:
- Intermediate-Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word), as well as collaboration/ communications platforms like MS Teams.
- Previous experience in the athleisure industry preferred
- Great product instincts - an understanding of sports, culture, and fashion and how they shape the lifestyle and clothing choices of young athletic men and women.
- Analytical thinking - a balance of both qualitative and quantitative skills
- Entrepreneurship - ability to work effectively in a fluid environment and willingness to wear multiple hats, as necessary
Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to apply sound business decisions to growing a global business
