The Global Product Marketing Manager (GPMM) for Integra's Surgical Reconstruction (SR) Franchise focuses on Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery with a US downstream emphasis. This role drives execution of educational, promotional, and go-to-market strategy execution, as well as competitive intelligence, and customer adoption for the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery portfolio.
Reporting to the Director of Global Strategic Marketing, the GPMM is the brand steward for the Plastics portfolio and is responsible for executing and measuring product and HCP marketing strategies, supporting new product development and launches, and maintaining initiatives to grow the existing portfolio. Key responsibilities include managing forecasting and budget, developing and implementing marketing plans, promotional programs, and product strategies to meet business objectives.
Success in this role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing Leadership, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Professional Education, Market Access, Sales Learning and Development, and others. This is a high-visibility opportunity to gain experience while contributing to commercial objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Management
- Conduct ongoing evaluation of business profitability and manage profit and loss projections
- Manages the total budget, including spend forecast, monthly OPEX tracking, accruals, and input for resource planning.
- Responsible for developing annual marketing brand plans focused on achieving financial commitments.
- Creates customer-facing assets with focus on establishing positioning, messaging and creative campaigns.
- Develops and deploys omnichannel tactical plans in support of core brand initiatives inclusive of customer facing and sales facing materials
- Project manages deliverables with agency partners, with attention to timely deliverables and available budget.
- Prepares product positioning documents, competitive analyses, presentations, and content for marketing materials such as websites, brochures, and sales tools.
- Owns core business deliverables including product forecasting, demand planning and pricing strategies; performs analysis and creates materials for monthly business reviews
- Monitors forecasts as necessary and works collaboratively with other departments to ensure product availability throughout the lifecycle of the product
- Routinely interfaces with the Product Marketing Managers of other product lines offered by the company to fully understand the relationships within the portfolio of products offered by the Company
- Participate in development of health economic and reimbursement strategy with Market Access as needed
- Plan and attend tradeshows
- Build strong matrix partnerships with regional marketing teams, sales management, field sales, supply chain, operations, product development, quality, regulatory, etc.
Business & Market Analytics
- Conducts competitive analysis and maintains updated comparisons and evaluations to inform strategic product line decisions.
- Establish and maintain key close professional relationships with internal and external constituents to stay abreast of new market opportunities. Leverage insights to inform product pipeline opportunities
- Acquires & maintains up-to-date product and industry knowledge through literature review, field visits, and participation in surgeries or other educational opportunities.
Sales Support
- Creates sales support materials to enhance the existing product lines
- Partners with Sales Learning and development team to support sales training programs, key surgeon/key account field visits and regular communication, both responsive as well as proactive
- Participates in strategic planning activities to identify target markets, surgeons, and hospitals for assigned products
- Develop sales collateral, demo tools and selling framework required for market release and product training and education of new products
HCP Engagement
- Support the franchise KOL strategy, manage communication / utilization plans and needs assessment
- Maintains frequent and regular contact with strategic industry experts and trade organizations, field visits with key surgeons and sales consultants, participation in key meetings and conferences to ensure company and products are perceived superior relative to the competition
- Assists in maintaining relationships with industry experts, trade organizations, and field visits with surgeons and sales consultants to strengthen product positioning.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Supports the Company's medical education initiative by assisting in the preparation and running of surgeon training courses which may include didactic and cadaver labs

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of healthcare-focused, marketing experience within a medical device or life sciences company is required.
- Medical device/pharmaceutical marketing experience required with direct experience in marketing in US and International markets preferred.
- Experience with regenerative tissue, plastic and reconstructive surgery, hernia repair preferred
- Demonstrated quantitative and qualitative analytic skills, specifically marketing and financial analysis
- Proven track record of successfully launching complex products on time and within budget
- Understanding of the reimbursement landscape and clinical evidence processes
- Interprets internal/external business challenges and applies best practices to improve products, processes or services
- Excellent oral/written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to an audience
- Anticipates potential objections & influences senior management within and outside the organization to accept new practices, approaches and concepts
- Participates and presents at meetings with sub-functional management and leaders
- Average travel requirement is approximately 30%

- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to drive multiple projects under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Subject matter expert with extensive knowledge of job discipline and application of principles, concepts, practices and standards of area of specialization
