The Datacenter Build Management (DCBM) team within CO+I is responsible for overseeing our lease construction delivery program and managing colo fit-out efforts (telecom, electrical, mechanical, and ancillary spaces) across our entire datacenter portfolio (owned and leased facilities). We are seeking a Global Program Manager (GPM) who will bridge strategy and execution, standardizing processes and ensuring consistent implementation across regions. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Global Program Manager to join our diverse and inclusive team and support our AI region, playing a crucial part in ensuring the high standard and reliability of our deliverables.
This role is based in one of the following hub locations: Primary Location: Redmond, WA, with additional options in Atlanta, GA, San Antonio, TX, Phoenix, AZ, or Washington, DC. Relocation support is available, and successful candidates are required to either reside within or relocate to within 50 miles of the designated hub office.
This role is eligible for hybrid, up to 50% from home.

Responsibilities:
- Global Program Manager for the Datacenter Build Management team will be responsible for working directly with numerous internal and external teams across the CO+I organization, including planning, engineering, construction, operations, security, risk, project controls, and execution pillars.
- The Global Program Manager will be responsible for managing the overall AI region program standards, ensuring alignment with both organizational and business priorities and commitments Collaborate with the DCBM Portfolio and Regional Leadership team and other cross-functional stakeholders to charter, develop, implement and monitor programmatic development.
- Drive the development, implementation, and monitoring of programmatic initiatives that support organizational OKRs, ensuring alignment with global strategies and priorities.
- Partner with regional execution teams, lateral functions, and global portfolio management to align objectives, optimize project delivery, and enhance portfolio performance through standardized processes and tools and collaborate with DCBM Leadership team to identify, analyze, and implement opportunities for efficiency and scalability throughout the project management lifecycle, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions.
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, corporate policies, and quality standards, embedding monitoring mechanisms to maintain high levels of compliance and consistency and lead and coordinate global initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, seamless adaptation across regions, and measurable impact on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create, manage, and maintain artifacts and resources, including technical documentation, training materials, diagrams, and web-based learning tools, ensuring global accessibility and relevance and organize and deliver global training sessions, fostering knowledge sharing across regions and driving adoption of standardized practices and tools.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years related experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience with multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- 7+ years experience working on data center projects. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years related experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- Project or program management certification(s) (i.e., PMP).
- Ability to deliver clear, concise, and compelling presentations and content to executive-level management.
