GENERAL FUNCTION:

Advantor is seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Sales Manager to lead our international sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of global markets, and the ability to drive revenue growth across diverse regions.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
  • Strong Technical Sales Background
  • Solid knowledge of the Advantor product line and applicability to customer's needs and requirements
  • Understanding of Government funding cycles and processes

SPECIFIC DUTIES:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve global sales targets and expand market presence
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscape
  • Identify customers' needs and requirements and apply technical solution in the form of a compliant design and proposal
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Develop and manage sales forecast
  • Prepare and develop compelling sales presentations and proposals and product demonstrations to clients
  • Ensure all sales agreements are in line with company policies
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required to meet with clients

NOTES/REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
