Reporting to the VP, Global Business Development Solutions, the Global Senior CRM Administrator will manage a team responsible for overall Salesforce system administration, ongoing development, and the implementation of new initiatives that support our overall CRM strategy.

The Global Senior CRM Administrator is responsible for driving operational excellence, stability, and scalability by applying best practices related to change control, release management, knowledge management, and data governance. This individual serves as the subject matter expert for all things pertaining to Salesforce and will partner with multiple lines of business including Sales, Client Services, Marketing, Operations, and Information Solutions.

This role is best suited for someone who welcomes complex projects and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, process design, and problem-solving skills combined with a history of understanding how sales team workflows and goals tie-in with technical solutions. The ideal candidate is also an excellent problem solver with a successful track record of managing projects and managing a growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team responsible for the day-to-day administration of Active's Salesforce CRM system.
  • Work closely with VP, Global Business Development Solutions to plan, execute, and oversee innovation projects across the CRM Solutions roadmap, ensuring they align with business goals and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with end users and business leaders at varying levels.
  • Understand all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities.
  • Administer CRM governance in accordance with national/international privacy acts/laws.
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
  • Identify platform and functional opportunities and facilitate major improvements to systems and processes. Assist in customization and management of interface changes.
  • Lead adoption related initiatives. Provide training and support to users, helping them understand and effectively use Salesforce tools and features.
  • Manage complex Salesforce sharing rules and approval processes. Maintain Validation Rules, Flows, Triggers, Visualforce, and Apex coding for better efficiency, overall platform performance and improved user experience.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend tools and solutions, including AppExchange apps and other technology options to meet evolving business needs.
  • Provide data governance best practices for maintaining high levels of data quality. Conduct advanced data cleansing and standardization.
  • Develop reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for various stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain solution design documents, workflow diagrams, knowledge articles, technical specifications, and other documentation that support and explain technical solutions and business processes.
  • Manage third-party tools and integrations, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Valorx.


Supervisory Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a team consisting of CRM Admins and a CRM Coordinator.

The salary is $110,000 - $140,000. The successful candidate's salary will depend on the actual ranges of current employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, geography, as well as the candidate's skill set, level of experience, and qualifications. Qualifications

  • Expert Salesforce product knowledge and at least 7+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud. Service Cloud a plus.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and Advanced Administrator are mandatory.
  • Experience working with multiple business units and verticals, including sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Experience successfully managing a team.
  • Self-motivated with strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and provide a high-level of customer service.
  • Proficiency using project management tools such as Asana or Jira.
  • Proven track record of translating business requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Experience using data management tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, Demand Tools, and Informatica.
  • Experience creating technical documentation to support new build/releases.
  • Working knowledge and use of ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lead Forensics, Nielsen Ad Intel, and additional CRM tools.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications such as Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Business Analyst are preferred.
  • Salesforce Developer experience a plus, including working knowledge of related tools.
  • Although most of our user base is in the US Eastern time zone, must be available to work flexible work hours, as needed, to accommodate needs of our global user base.

Travel

This position does not require any regularly scheduled travel.
