Join the Omnicom Media Group as a pivotal part of our Financial Systems Shared Services team. We are searching for a skilled Media Financial Systems Manager to oversee and advance our financial operations in collaboration with Mediaocean and all North America-based OMG companies. As we transition to Mediaocean's cutting-edge Next Gen platform, your expertise will be essential to the successful implementation and support within the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the management and continuous enhancement of OMG media finance systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across several markets.
  • Assist in the deployment of the Next Gen platform, focusing on configuration, user support, and fostering organizational adoption, starting with US and Canada.
  • Craft and deliver comprehensive training sessions for users on the new system's features, processes, and best practices.
  • Partner with finance teams to develop and test tailored reports that meet organizational needs.
  • Provide expert assistance in resolving system issues, with a keen focus on client accounting, production, and corporate accounting challenges.
  • Construct security roles and groups, and review Mediaocean's latest features to determine optimal implementations for OMG globally.
  • Act as a primary point of contact and escalation for internal user groups, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently with Mediaocean support.
  • Identify automation opportunities to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial processes.
  • Collaborate with IT and business departments to ensure seamless interaction between finance systems and other enterprise applications.


Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in finance systems management.
  • Proficient knowledge of Mediaocean DS, particularly within Media and Accounting modules.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Marketing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with media industry dynamics, workflows, and reporting protocols is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
    Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively in high-pressure situations.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.

Compensation Range

$100,000-$135,000 USD

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
