ABOUT THE GLOBAL SENIOR MANAGER, DIGITAL ACTIVATIONS POSITION:
Manage the strategy, content scheduling, and delivery of Circle K's digital products with a targeted focus on (1) CREATING a work plan to effectively support the strategy and vision for the entire digital product portfolio's content/campaign life cycle to bridge the digital (online) and physical worlds (stores), enabling customers to engage with the brand across multiple channels seamlessly while (2) DRIVING differentiating experiences through digital activations for Circle K's digital products and channels, inclusive of Circle K's owned platforms; and (3) BUILDING the infrastructure (People, Process, Tools), digital solutions and capabilities in conjunction with key internal partners (Technology, Store Operations, Customer Experience, Design, Marketing, Fuel, etc.) to accelerate our efforts and inseminate an organic acceptance of digital activation best practices across the digital customer journey. You will collaborate with several departments to deliver differentiated and unified digital experiences and the structure required to scale digital activations across platforms. We will look to you to establish a high-performing team defining roles and responsibilities for all positions. You will work to eliminate silos, provide regional governance, establish guidelines that direct best practices across all prioritized digital platform activities, and capitalize on digital experiences. This role is a Global position, supporting global, regional, and cross-functional groups reporting to the Head of Global Digital Platforms.

Digital Activation Leader - A leader with experience delivering enhanced digital experiences through content assembly and deployment execution while managing multiple stakeholders and digital channels throughout the various product life cycles. A leader in digital content operations with a proven ability to set priorities, supervise teams and create alignment across functions.
Brand Builder and Ambassador - Experience in building the necessary capabilities, teams, technology, processes, and metrics to support digital activations and support throughout the organization. Experience in enabling organizations to succeed in digital campaign scheduling and deployment. You know what enablers and ways of working models are required to compete today and outpace the competition in the future. Passion and repeated success in leading teams to prioritize requirements, identify dependencies, address roadblocks, manage backlogs and identify trade-offs along the digital journey. Solid experience leading all facets of digital content activations while building trusted business relationships with Global Functional and Retail Operations teams to deliver overall brand value. DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define digital execution strategies and prioritize/manage the various digital campaign portfolios to optimize our brand on digital products.
- Assemble, schedule, and deliver all digital content across all digital products and channels.
- Flawless execution and support to materially benefit the business and customers.
- Lead, manage, and direct all aspects of the Circle K proprietary digital platforms (e.g., Mobile App, Web, eMobility, and Digital Screens). Own the daily operation responsibilities, create, and set high-level priorities, and drive implementation. Maintain operational ownership of prioritized initiatives designed to position Circle K to win at customer critical moments along the path to purchase.
- Working closely with the broader functional teams ensuring that all digital campaigns and activation are delivered on time and with high quality.
- Leveraging your attention to detail and quality you manage the delivery, and understand the rhythm and time pressure of the monthly Operation promo cycle while delivering on paid media advertising campaigns.

- Lead daily campaign operations meetings with your team and participate in stakeholder meetings as needed.
- Engage with business units, working closely together to ensure campaign briefs are delivered to the highest standard and within tight timeframes.
- Reviewing campaign setups, and creative content and conducting extensive quality assurance to ensure high-quality output is nothing short of the best and low error rates are maintained.
- Ensure quality controls and sign-off procedures with all stakeholders and functional teams.
- Keep a tight ship with internal processes and file structures.
- Monitoring key metrics and KPIs to ensure retail operations support and digital delivery success.
- Provide thought leadership, innovation, and process optimization initiatives such as implementing digital experience software solutions and other industry digital experience best practices.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with many priorities at once whilst managing communication amongst your team and with key internal stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business / Marketing / Advertising or an Advanced degree
- A seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in understanding and delivering high-volume digital campaigns including digital screens, mobile, and web digital platforms.
- 7+ years of digital marketing, brand management, and strategy, consulting, or related is a plus.
- Very strong leadership and communication skills.
- Strong project management and technical skills to deliver results.
- Thrives in a high volume digital campaign environment and has a strong willingness to learn.
- Track record of consistently delivering on short timelines, creating processes, launching new campaigns, and successfully managing cross-functional project teams.
- Passion for delighting customers through a superior customer experience that exceeds customer expectations.
- Loves being part of a team. Seeks, forges, and cultivates effective relationships to motivate and maximize cross-functional teams' engagement and productivity.
- Knowledgeable of digital experience technologies and tactics, especially in Digital Content Operations, CMS, PIM, DAM, and MDM software.
