Job Description

The purpose of the Global Treasury Manager role is to manage global liquidity to meet the company's strategic goals while safeguarding the company's liquid assets. Areas of direct oversight include global cash pool management, global cash forecasting, foreign currency and interest rate risk management, management of treasury and banking systems and management of U.S. and Canada treasury operations.

Making an Impact
Manages the global cash pool which provides short term and long-term liquidity to most of the company's operating units.
Manages short term investments per the investment policy.
Manages the foreign currency and interest rate risk for the company. Recommends hedging strategies.
Works closely with the North America accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll functions to improve processes, reduce operating costs and resolve banking related issues.
Responsible for the management of banking services for the U.S. and Canada (approximately $1M per year of spend)
Manages treasury's technology stack and related budget
Supervises the Global Treasury Analyst

Sharing Expertise
An in-depth understanding of corporate finance issues, including debt capital markets, credit agreements, foreign currency markets and international banking environment, as well as current trends and best practices in Treasury management.
Provide support and training to internal stakeholders on the cash pool

Gaining Exposure
Ability to build and maintain relationships with banks, system vendors, functional departments (finance, I/T, sourcing) and with foreign subsidiaries.
Works closely with I/T function with respect to treasury systems.
Presents on Global Treasury projects and policies to the global finance team.
Need to navigate within the global, diverse, matrixed nature of our organization
Assist in the management of global banking relationships
Assists with debt capital market transactions

Your Typical Day
Manages liquidity of the global cash pool and for North America, resolves issues with treasury technology and banking services, monitors currency risk and recommends hedges, manages short term investment portfolio and external debt.
Tools/technologies used: banking systems, treasury management systems (GTreasury and TIS), Bloomberg, FXall, Microsoft Office
Limited travel
May be required to work company holidays that are not bank holidays

Qualifications:

Required
Bachelor's Degree in finance or a related field is required.
Minimum of 5 to 8 years of demonstrated experience of corporate finance, financial analysis and/or treasury management is required in a multinational company

Nice to Have
Master's degree in finance or related field
CTP, CPA, or CFA designations

This position is based in our Global Headquarters located in downtown Milwaukee. Employees can enjoy an onsite cafeteria, coffee shop and gym along with beautiful views of the Milwaukee river, Deer District, and historic downtown architecture.
