Description
One of the C10 Labs Portfolio companies is looking for a Go To Market Lead to join their founding team. This person will come from a SaaS sales background and have experience helping organizations grow and scale from the ground up.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the leadership team on growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team success and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align efforts and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the executive team, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling to existing customers.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and sales cycles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
