Government Acceptance Testing (GAT) Test Lead with Security Clearance

Description:
TPG is seeking a Government Acceptance Testing (GAT) Test Lead to join our team supporting the Industrial Security (IS) Directorate at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). Responsibilities:
-Designated Test Lead to supervise, facilitate, and organize testing events for the DCSA and industry system of record: National Industrial Security System (NISS). Document all findings and results for prioritization and technical fixes.
-Conduct analytics and reviews for the NISS, research and troubleshoot functional and technical data bugs and enhancements.
-Investigate, resolve, and respond to user questions and issues sent via direct email, phone call, in-person inquiry, NISS Mailbox, and in-system feedback.
-Attend and participate in all meetings with the DCSA Knowledge Center, NISS technical and functional teams and NISS stakeholders to discuss current data bugs, issues, enhancement, and fixes.
Analyze and document incoming questions and bugs and report issues and trends to the Government Project Manager.
-Assist in the development of job aids, training resources, and educational webinars for both internal and external users.
-Participate in working groups to define technical requirements to conduct workflows and processes needed for system functionality.
-Document and prioritize new requirements, enhancement requests, and system bugs gathered from end-user feedback.
-More generally, this role may involve any from among the following activities:
-Attend designated meetings as required to assist with various portfolio and program needs; take notes and transcribe minutes of these meetings and update DCSA leads as necessary.
-Provide logistical assistance related to organizing meetings (including calendar management).
-Create a wide variety of documents to include reports, spreadsheets, presentations, rationale justifications, and other interoffice/interagency communications and corporate correspondence.
-Assist in business process reviews and development. Qualifications:
-Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position
-Bachelors Degree in business or related discipline
-4+ years experience supporting Government agencies as a Software Tester or QA/Business Analyst
-Proficiency in MS Office
-Must have initiative and work under minimal guidance
-Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking
