This Lockheed Martin EO Global Financial Services position supports the Global Accounting Cost Monitoring and Compliance (CMAC) organization. This technical position is responsible for monitoring costs and processes for several international subsidiaries. The position will ensure compliance with US Government rules and reporting requirements. The position will be team lead and primary point of contact for CMAC's finance and reporting responsibilities. Coordination and collaboration is required with USG customers, other Global Financial Services functions, LM Business area & program personnel, Global Mobility, and the LMC Int'l Relocation vendor.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Primary point of contact for Global Accounting compliance to U.S. Government (DCAA & DCMA) and foreign government regulations, LM business areas & program personnel, Global Mobility, and LM Corporate office functions
Manage and coordinate with Int'l Relocation Vendor to ensure adequate and compliant accounting processes
Prepare and develop documentation for deliverables to US Government; including Forward Pricing Rate Proposals, Final Indirect Rate submissions, Disclosure Statements, and Business System Assessments
Ensure compliance with GAAP, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Business Systems (Accounting and Estimating), and LM policies and procedures.

The position is expected to be an overall subject matter expert on various aspects of LM international subsidiaries and underlying US Gov't accounting compliance requirements and processes. The position will need to demonstrate expertise in managing and prioritizing deadlines to ensure productive and timely results.

Basic Qualifications

- Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Bachelor's level degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- Experience in CAS, FAR, and complex Accounting issues
- Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate with auditors
- Experience collaborating, partnering, and effectively communicating across various functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft office skills including excel, word, and PowerPoint

Desired skills

- Working experience in SAP environment
- 5+ years supporting audits with US government
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience negotiating with USG customer
- Demonstrated ability to identify process issues, offer viable solutions and implement change
- Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and develop others

Ability to work remotely

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $103,700 - $179,860. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
