Position: Grant Coordinator
Assignment: LoGuidice Educational Center - Fredonia, NY

Division: Public Relations
Appointment: Probationary - 1.0 FTE
Salary Range: $86,686 - $92,000

Qualifications Required:
- Proficient in identifying and researching potential grant opportunities from federal, state, local, and private sources. Skilled in writing clear, persuasive, and compliant proposals.
- Familiarity with federal and state funding streams, especially those relevant to K-12 education, career and technical education, special education, and school improvement.
- Proven ability to manage multiple grants simultaneously, including tracking deadlines, reporting requirements, and managing grant budgets in collaboration with finance teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, including school district administrators, state and federal agencies, community organizations, and grant partners.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with grant management software, databases, and standard office software (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Willingness to work flexible hours occasionally to meet grant deadlines, travel to districts, or attend relevant events.
- Proven track record of successfully securing and managing grant funds.
