Description:

The People Content team is seeking a Graphic Designer to join us, based in Austin, Texas. This person will be responsible for designing and developing content that brings our HR/People campaigns, policies, processes, and programs to life in memorable and meaningful ways. Supporting the business, this person will have a problem-solving mindset, a proactive/results-oriented approach, and a talent for generating creative ideas. Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver HR content for a variety of sources and channels
  • Implement people content plans quickly
  • Review content to ensure it is of high quality
  • Identify and drive opportunities to enhance visuals/processes in programs, events, and initiatives
  • Model a collaborative, creative, fun, results-driven culture


Requirements
  • Strong understanding of graphic design, typography & branding principles
  • Ability to generate compelling ideas, problem solve, and achieve goals using design tools/software
  • Skilled in graphic design tools and software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Positive attitude with a bias for action/solutions, working well with others, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • 2-5 years' experience in visual design, motion graphics, illustration, and photography
