Graphics Designer - Bethesda, MD; Must have an active TS/SCI Cle with Security Clearance

Synertex is seeking a Graphics Designer to work with a Government Intelligence Community client in Bethesda, MD. Required Clearance: TS/SCI with a Polygraph RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develops graphics, digital media, cartography, and other multimedia products. * Utilizes request management tools to provide swift, high quality customer support for communication requests. * Coordinates with UI/UX designer in Knowledge Management, to ensure graphics products provide an engaging and user-friendly experience. * Creates graphic designs for a variety of written and digital products. * Develops design concepts and implements designs for new web pages, mobile applications, newsletters, ads, infographics, banners, illustrations, logos, and other types of digital content that will be presented online. * Ensures products conform to all production standards, copywrite laws, accessibility compliance requirements, public release clearances * Conducts technical quality checks. * Manages an approved concept and build in HTML/CSS so it complies with responsive design principles. * Provides Cartography support, as needed, to design thematic and reference maps. REQUIREMENTS: * Requires BA/BS and 3+ years of experience or no degree and 9 years of experience. * TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance required. * Leading the development of graphics, digital media, cartography, and other multimedia products. * Front-end web design, UI/UX, HTML/CSS. * Experience working with Adobe inDesign. * Experience in publication and data visualization. * Photography and video editing. * Mentoring and trains junior staff. * Creating graphics products that provide an engaging and user-friendly experience. * Creating graphic designs for a variety of written and digital products. * Developing design concepts and implements designs for new web pages, mobile applications, newsletters, ads, infographics, banners, illustrations, logos, and other types of digital content presented online. * Ensuring products conform to all production standards, copywrite laws, accessibility compliance requirements, public release clearances * Conducting technical quality checks.
