Train and support end-users on the effective use of RSA Archer eGRC tools and solutions.
Monitor and analyze system performance to proactively address any issues or areas for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in eGRC technology to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of security and compliance.
Participate in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
Provide input and recommendations for continuous improvement of eGRC practices and processes.

Qualifications:
Strong background in RSA Archer eGRC with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Solid understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to eGRC.
Proficiency in conducting assessments and audits of eGRC systems.
Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for eGRC processes.
Capability to train and support end-users on RSA Archer eGRC tools.
