*This is an on-site role based out of our offices in Doral, FL. This is not a hybrid or remote opportunity. **MUST have worked within a previous senior-level experiential client services role at a marketing, advertising, or experiential agency.

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Group Account Director (GAD) on our Client Services team, you are both the architect and orchestrator of strategic client partnerships. You are entrusted with some of our most valuable client relationships and play a central role in translating their business challenges into powerful marketing solutions. You are a C-suite whisperer, an internal team mobilizer, and a master of balancing the big picture with the granular details.

You'll serve as the connective tissue between clients and our internal teams, navigating complex organizational dynamics to clarify needs, uncover opportunities, and lead the creation of world-class marketing programs. As a senior leader, you'll inspire a cross-functional team to deliver work that is on time and on budget and achieves exceptional results.

ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Client Leadership & Strategic Partnership
  • Lead a portfolio of high-value, client accounts across food & beverage, hospitality, consumer goods categories among others.
  • Develop and nurture executive-level relationships within client organizations, becoming a go-to strategic advisor.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively present innovative solutions that drive business results.
  • Demonstrate deep fluency in clients' business-understanding market dynamics, consumer behavior, and category trends.
  • Navigate complex client organizational structures and personalities with emotional intelligence and clarity.


Campaign Development & Execution
  • Oversee the end-to-end development of full-service, integrated marketing campaigns including experiential, digital, social, traditional, and content.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, Media, and Production teams to ensure strategic alignment and executional excellence.
  • Ensure work is creatively compelling and grounded in real business objectives and insights.
  • Manage internal processes, team assignments, and timelines to guarantee on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Spearhead new business pitches and organic growth efforts with existing clients.


Team & Resource Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional teams of up to 20+ members across multiple disciplines.
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and high-performance culture.
  • Align resources and staffing with client needs and project scopes, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality.
  • Partner with different capabilities to streamline workflows and adopt best-in-class processes.


Financial & Operational Oversight
  • Own client budget development, scope management, and financial performance across accounts.
  • Monitor profitability, optimize resource allocation, and ensure contract compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and scalable growth within Client Services.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in account management within a marketing, advertising, or experiential agency environment.
  • 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing large strategic accounts and cross-functional agency teams.
  • Demonstrated success cultivating C-suite client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets and delivering high-ROI campaigns.
  • Fluency in integrated marketing strategy, including digital, experiential, content, and media.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in a high-volume, fast-paced agency environment.
  • Background working on marketing programs for multicultural audiences.
  • Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira) and CRM (e.g., HubSpot) platforms.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred given our diverse client and audience base.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
    • 25% domestic travel as well as to and from marketing and client events.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
  • Able to complete multiple duties with accuracy while shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines.
  • Fast paced environment with peaks of intensity and increase in workloads.
