Position Summary

Lead the strategic pricing program for a group with primary responsibility for global revenue in excess of \$2 Billion. Ensure list prices, distributor exceptions,non standards and OEM pricing are compliant to corporate practices. Provide leadership for the corporate strategic pricing team. Lead the development andcoordination of pricing strategy for large multi division customers for assigned groups.

Scope/ Supervision and Interaction:

Collaborates with the VP Corporate Strategic Pricing, Division Pricing and Marketing Managers, Group Sales and Marketing and Operational personnel.

Essential Functions:

Manages the implementation of the strategic pricing program within the group.

Ensures division pricing processes are wholly compliant to corporate strategic pricing initiative.

Ensures the creation and utilization of proper delegation of authority for division pricing decisions.

Responsible for the implementation of lean enterprise for pricing and quotation processes.

Will lead efforts to install corporate pricing and quotation software in divisions.

Primary source for developing and coordinating pricing strategy on large multi division accounts.

Recruit and develop division pricing talent.

Qualifications:

BS In business or Finance

5+ years plus pricing experience

Demonstrated aptitude for detailed analytical work

Commercial (selling or marketing) experience

Change management experience
