The Opportunity: We're looking for a data-driven, strategic Growth Lead to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. This role bridges product, marketing, analytics, and sales, working at the forefront of Sybill's growth initiatives to optimize every stage of the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute growth strategies focused on driving acquisition, engagement, and monetization.
  • Analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and funnel data to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Design and run growth experiments, such as A/B tests, to validate hypotheses and scale successful initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement campaigns that drive top-of-funnel growth and maximize pipeline efficiency.
  • Build and manage a growth playbook, documenting successful strategies and learnings.
  • Leverage tools like SQL, Amplitude, and Google Analytics to measure, report, and improve performance metrics.
  • Identify and recommend new channels for customer acquisition and engagement.


Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • AI Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience as a power user of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and others, with the ability to apply them creatively across diverse use cases.
  • Automation Skills: Proficiency with tools like Make, Zapier, scrapers, and Clay to automate workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills, with expertise in tools like SQL, FullStory, Amplitude, and Google Analytics.
  • Growth Expertise: Proven track record of driving measurable results in user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Experimentation Mindset: Experience designing, running, and analyzing growth experiments (e.g., A/B testing, multivariate testing).
  • Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to align growth initiatives.
  • Problem-Solving: A natural problem-solver who thrives in analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.


Analytical Expertise:
  • Strong skills in quantitative analysis and data manipulation.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like SQL, Fullstory, Amplitude, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience in designing and analyzing experiments (e.g., A/B tests).
  • Knowledge of growth frameworks like Pirate Metrics (AARRR) and Growth Loops.

Effective Communication:
