Description:
Growth Marketing Lead
New York City
Who we are
We're a small team that believes providing access to better financial insights and tools improves people's lives, so we're taking money matters into our own hands.
Our product is a personal finance management app for iOS and Mac that people actually love using. Copilot takes advantage of machine learning to deliver powerful, hyper-personalized finance data insights to help users effortlessly understand and manage their spending, budgeting, and investing. We also use crowdsourced feedback to continuously improve the experience.
Apple recently named us as a finalist for the 2024 Apple Design Awards, and has named Copilot one of the best finance apps in the App Store. And we're only getting started!
The Position
We're looking for a hands-on, data-savvy, and creative Growth Marketing Lead to join Copilot Money as one of the first hires on our marketing team. We've got traction - but we're just getting started. You'll build on a solid foundation, but your superpower is knowing when to optimize, when to test something new, and how to do both without overcomplicating things.
This is a hybrid role based in New York City. Our team works from our Brooklyn office at least two days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays), with flexibility to work remotely the rest of the week. The office is open every weekday if you prefer to come in more often.
Your Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
A product people love: Copilot users are extremely engaged with the app and are sharing it with their friends and family.
A team that cares: We're a bunch of geeks who care about data quality and good coffee. We go the extra mile when it comes to making our users happy (and making an excellent pour-over).
Significant impact: We are currently a small, twenty-five-person team with big ambitions. Our team has previous experience at companies like Google and Apple.
Multicultural team: We're based in NYC US and in Santiago, Chile C.
Great company culture: You'll work with a highly collaborative team that's always learning and ready to help each other out.
Compensation and Benefits
At Copilot Money, we believe that diverse teams build better products. We strongly encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds, regardless of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
Join us in our mission to help the world stress less about money and create financial clarity for all!

- Strong analytical and statistical skills-comfortable with A/B testing, performance reporting, and experimentation frameworks.
- Experience collaborating closely with designers and content creators to develop engaging ad creatives.
- Strategic thinker who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves-you can operate autonomously while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- A genuine interest in consumer apps and helping people make better financial decisions.
