About the Role
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social to join our Growth Marketing team. This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day strategy and execution of our largest paid social channels, including Meta, TikTok, and other emerging platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, deeply familiar with performance marketing strategies, and skilled at optimizing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Our marketing team embraces a hybrid model that provides personal flexibility as well as in-person collaboration. The ideal candidate will find value in coming to our Watertown office twice per week for face-to-face strategy sessions, taking the occasional meeting on a walk around the river trails, and of course Taco Tuesday!

Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Lead the development, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other key platforms to drive new customer acquisition and retention.
- Test Creation & Implementation: Collaborate with the other members of the Growth team to develop high-impact testing plans both in-platform and cross-platform.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and implement data-driven optimizations to improve efficiency and ROI.
- Budget Management: Own and manage the paid social budget, ensuring that spend is allocated effectively to maximize performance while hitting CPA and LTV:CPA targets.
- Creative Strategy: In collaboration with the creative team, take ownership over the overall paid social creative strategy, monthly creative roadmaps & ad concepts, ensuring that they fit to each platform's best practices.
- Data & Insights: Take ownership of leveraging channel data to uncover actionable insights that drive campaign optimizations, refine audience segmentation, and enhance measurement methodologies to improve overall performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (e.g., lifecycle marketing, influencer marketing, brand marketing) & external teams (e.g. channel reps, agency partners) to ensure an integrated approach to growth and retention efforts.
- Emerging Trends & Innovation: Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and new opportunities in paid social to keep our strategies cutting-edge.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in paid social marketing, with a proven track record of managing large-scale Meta and TikTok campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make strategic decisions.
- Hands-on experience with campaign setup, optimization, and performance reporting within major paid social platforms.
- Experience managing significant media budgets and optimizing toward CPA and LTV goals.
- Deep understanding of creative best practices for paid social, including video and static ad formats.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and adapt to changes quickly.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and brand teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or third-party attribution platforms.
- Reporting and data analyzing platform familiarity, including proficiency in excel.
