Job Description
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager - Customer Lifecycle to drive and optimize lifecycle marketing performance. This role centers on delivering data-driven, multi-channel campaigns (email, webinars, events etc.) that accelerate cross-sell and upsell opportunities within our existing customer base. You'll work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to design and deliver lifecycle campaigns that drive in-life customer growth. You'll track and analyze campaign performance to improve customer revenue growth, identify opportunities for optimization, and test new strategies to maximize customer lifetime value (CLV).

Location: Hybrid; 3 days per week from our Vancouver office

Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Development and execution of campaign strategy including onboarding, nurture, retention and revenue growth programs
Manage customer marketing campaigns across digital channels such as email, webinars, direct mail, and SMS.
Manage customer nurture programs by creating compelling copy for campaign promotions and ensure consistency and quality.
Collect, structure, review funnel metrics, identify gaps, present key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders for campaign evaluation and optimization.
Effectively collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Data, and Automation teams.

Minimum Qualifications:
4 years of experience in growth or demand generation marketing or campaign management.
Experience identifying gaps in the marketing funnel, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and making data driven recommendations for improvement.
Ability to expand on strategy and support the development of messaging that resonates with target customer segments across different verticals.
Proficiency in building campaign analytics and reporting using CRM tools.
Basic level proficiency using Microsoft Excel to built reports and provide insights.
Ability to effectively and proactively communicate marketing activities across different stakeholders, with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - you are known for being an active listening and an engaging, inquisitive, proactive communicator.
Comfortable working in an agile environment, adapting to shifting priorities, and effectively collaborating with different teams.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role. For this role, in those locations, the target base salary range for new hires is C$75,000 to C$100,000. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in a bonus plan (15%) based on company and individual performance. Our talent acquisition team will provide specific opportunities on our bonus or incentive programs. The range listed is just one component of the Sage total compensation package.
