About the Role

As the Growth Marketing Manager you will develop and execute growth strategies that drive lead generation, brand awareness and deploy effective lifecycle marketing programs. You will be responsible for managing the tooling, tests, and optimization needed to maximize a multi-channel program- inbound, web, outbound, demand generation, and marketing operations. You'll work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to optimize marketing performance, nurture leads and accelerate revenue growth.

This role is preferred hybrid, based in our Back Bay, Boston office, but is also open to fully remote candidates on the East Coast. Occasional travel is required for industry and recruitment events.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
    • Demand Generation & Growth Strategy: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive inbound interest and lead generation, with a focus on utility companies and energy providers.
    • B2B SaaS Growth Optimization:Identify and implement improvements in lead conversion, onboarding, and overall funnel efficiency.
    • Performance Marketing Execution: Manage paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, industry-specific platforms) to optimize lead conversion rates.
    • Content & Thought Leadership: Collaborate with product marketing, product, customer success, sales, and content teams to create and distribute case studies, whitepapers, and webinars for decision-makers in utilities.
    • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & Enterprise Strategy: Develop targeted ABM campaigns to engage key utility providers and other ICPs.
    • Social Media & Website Management: Oversee the editorial calendar for social media and website content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
    • SEO & Organic Growth: Partner with content and product marketing to improve search rankings and organic traffic for industry-specific solutions.
    • Lifecycle Marketing & Lead Nurturing: Implement email automation, retargeting, and in-product messaging strategies to nurture prospects and enhance customer retention.
    • Data-Driven Marketing Optimization: Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and funnel metrics to refine strategies and maximize marketing ROI.
    • Event Activation: Support sponsorships and event participation to increase brand exposure and generate sales opportunities.
    • Website Launch Support: Contribute to the relaunch of the corporate U.S. website, ensuring messaging alignment and brand consistency.


What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)
    • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing for B2B SaaS, ideally in utilities, energy, or enterprise software.
    • Experience in working with utilities, energy companies, or industrial B2B markets is a strong plus.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment -be hands-on, resourceful, and ready to tackle challenges with a "get-it-done" mindset.
    • Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead scoring, and sales enablement.
    • Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, ABM platforms (Terminus, Demandbase), and marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
    • Experience creating and/or leveraging thought leadership content for a highly technical and regulated industry.
    • Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and optimize conversion rates using Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
    • Familiarity with long sales cycles and enterprise buying processes (procurement, RFPs, multi-stakeholder decision-making).
    • Excited to explore AI, publishing and collaboration tools


$85,000 - $120,000 a year

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $85,000 to $120,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.
