Overview: The Growth Strategy Manager II (GSM II) is a high-touch resource for customers designing and developing automation solutions that meet customer business requirements. On the spectrum of fulfillment the GSM II may work closely with GMS I in coordinating the fulfillment of a purchased service package. GSM II will be responsible for sales of Green, Silver, Gold and Platinum packages. The GSM II may laser focus on a specific demographic such as Partners, Influencers, Franchise, etc. helping these customers identify areas of opportunity, develop LifeCycle Automation Strategy and ensure customers are achieving their goals by using one of Keap's Service Packages.

What you'll be doing...
  • Cross-Functional Sales Opportunities
    • Provide recommendations for additional products or updates based on customers growth or objectives with strong emphasis on The Factory, Partners, or Franchises selling Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Green Packages.
    • GSM II may focus solely on sales depending on the target market.
  • Analyze existing processes for improvement
    • Work with clients or internal teams to identify areas where automation can be beneficial. Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform 1:1 Monthly/Quarterly Coaching sessions
    • Have monthly (Gold Package) or quarterly (Silver Package) strategy sessions with clients to develop a "road-map" of success.
    • It is possible a GSM II will focus their time on fulfillment. Depending on the demand for fulfillment and the complexity of fulfillment, the GSM II may be deployed to fulfillment and then pivot to sales as to support the department's overall goals.
  • Facilitate Mastermind Groups
    • Meet with a group of 10 business owners each month. Help the group brainstorm, discover new ideas, and stay accountable to the actions needed to move business forward.

  • Who you are:
    • You are a Keap Expert! You'll need to know all Keap editions (Pro, Max,and Ultimate) inside and out and be familiar with how to manipulate it to your will.
    • Comfortable analyzing different business models and guiding the customer to creating a successful automated customer lifecycle.
    • Familiarity with 3rd party tools used to extend Keap's functionality
    • Skilled in establishing clear definitions of success that include defining measurables and KPIs for customers' businesses
    • Commitment to deadlines. Work quickly and efficiently in order to meet deadlines for customers and ensure they're getting extreme value for their money
    • Highly developed organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines with a quick turnaround.
    • Ability to take initiative, use discretion and judgment within established procedures, guidelines, and rules.Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholder
