The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Product Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of world-class tech products. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the user experience and visual design of our products, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with client goals. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact and build strong relationships with our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring alignment with client specifications and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to create intuitive and visually appealing designs.
• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure consistency in design across various platforms and maintain design system documentation.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design and user experience.
• Communicate regularly with clients to ensure project alignment and address any concerns.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers on the team.

Your qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and work.
• Proven track record of designing complex software products in companies of different sizes.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and interaction design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with front-end development is a plus.
