Hurley Retail District Manager Job Description
Travel to: Arizona, Nevada, Tennessee, Texas and Utah required weekly

training, and consistent accountability that will elevate the district.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team: You will motivate your team to prioritize customer service and deliver the
Hurley ICON experience to our consumers.
- Community engagement: A strong connection to the community is essential to build partnerships within
the district.
- Leadership: As an elevated leader, you will directly manage Store Managers and be responsible for the
performance of your district's team and business results.
- Planning and Forecasting: You will develop district budgets and forecasting plans aligned with corporate
retail initiatives, tracking results and analyzing performance against marketplace and store targets.
- Business Growth: Build action plans to maximize profitability, productivity, and growth.
- Innovation: Guide new and existing initiatives for Hurley Retail by leveraging consumer insights, market
trends, and feedback.
- Operational Excellence: Influence district operations to achieve sales, service, customer satisfaction,
and profitability goals, while maintaining safety and operational standards.
- Rewards & Recognition: Communicate and implement reward and recognition programs across the
district.
- Relationship Building: Foster collaborative relationships with Hurley partners, staying current on
industry trends and performance metrics such as revenue, wages, shrinkage, and operating income.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Retail Management experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in retail, customer service, and/or sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail business systems
- Proven ability to build, lead, and manage high-performing teams (75+ individuals or greater)
- Conflict resolution, coaching, and employee counseling expertise
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
- Physical requirements: Ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years of age
