Project/Program Name:
Systems Innovation Division - Tax Modernization
Project Manager for several Tax Modernization projects
Day to Day Tasks:
- Create and maintain project schedule, report issues, risks, actions, and decisions.
- Escalate problems to management team.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Project Manager - Plans, organizes and integrates cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact.
Expert - 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
Requested Qualifications:
- 84 months experience in Project Management of Application Development projects that include multiple platforms, application programming languages and methodologies including internal and external web applications.
- 84 months experience implementing projects utilizing industry standard project management life cycle methodologies including iterative project planning tracked via a project plan.
- 36 months experience in IT customer relationship management in a governmental setting using centralized IT and project management services.
- 36 months experience administering a multi-agency project portfolio in a governmental environment which includes using standardized project management templates; estimating IT project budgets; determining Return on Investment (ROI); preparing Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimations for proposed projects and implementation of Secure System Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) methodologies.
