We're seeking someone to join our team as a HR Data Lake Business Analyst to deliver data- oriented deliverables and assist in executing testing frameworks and strategies enabling real-time, data-driven decision-making across our global business units.

In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is a Vice-President level position within HR Data Products team, which is part of Workforce Insights and Transformation group. This team is core to success of the HR Department's Modernization vision. In this Vice President role, you will be instrumental in developing tailored HCM based datasets to innovate data and analytics that extract valuable to inform strategic decision making of our internal clients. Reporting to the HCM Data Products Manager, you will collaborate closely with product colleagues, internal stakeholders, and HR Technology groups to design, innovate and deliver technology solutions that enable more informed and strategic decisions regarding our talent and workforce.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Product Roadmap Development - Lead the execution of analysis and synthesis to support the product team in designing and prioritizing new datasets, capabilities, and enhancements. Ensure these are aligned with HCM strategy and end-user needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Engagement - Partner with global stakeholders across all levels to capture use cases for user stories. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and translate data requirements supporting the consumption and production of data.
  • Feature Designs and Specifications - Transform use cases into epics, business requirements, and acceptance criteria into clear and actionable user stories for agile development, emphasizing AI-driven data analytics and insights.
  • Testing - Partner with QA and UAT teams to actively participate in UAT activities, ensuring new features and enhancements meet business requirements and are ready for deployment.
  • Go-to-Market Strategies - Lead go-to-market strategies, including oversight of administration and documentation of product development and release schedules, release notes, user guides, and end-user hyper care.
  • Production Monitoring - Monitor production performance, platform metrics, and provide ongoing end-user support, focusing on continuous improvement through feedback and data-driven insights.


What you'll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor of Science and at least 8 years of relevant experience in product ownership or product management, with a proven track record in developing and launching successful, custom-developed HR technology products
  • Strength in data modelling, wrangling and visualization (Tableau or BI equivalent PowerBI, Qlik etc) with a strong understanding of SQL databases and ETL technologies, finally familiarity with technologies relevant to data lakes such as Snowflake.

  • Strong experience with MS Excel (proficient in the use of functions, pivot tables) and PowerPoint

  • A collaborative nature and team-orientation
  • Deft navigation of data challenges: procurement, cleaning, transforming, and ingesting
