Job Description
  • We are seeking an HCP Marketing Specialist (Contract) to support Lingo expansion into healthcare provider channels.
  • Independently lead HCP marketing strategy, planning and execution working in collaboration with the broader Lingo marketing and HCP sales.
  • Lead the development and implementation of HCP marketing efforts in service of Lingo growth goals.
  • Develop working partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders including HCP Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, and internal and external agencies.
  • Manage HCP marketing plans, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 6+ years professional experience
  • Experience developing marketing strategy for healthcare professionals, including but not limited to campaign development, sales collateral, event planning, and educational content.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to operate autonomously with end-to-end accountability is required.
  • Must have experience developing strategy, planning and execution of professional healthcare marketing.

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
