Join our Brand Management team as Head of Brand for Qunol where you will be oversee all brand activities for Qunol. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive brand management strategies to drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and increase customer engagement. This position will report to the Head of Marketing & Innovation and is a key leadership role within the marketing department. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and a passion for brand management.

$180,000.00 - $260,000.00

Main responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the annual brand plans that align with the company's growth objectives. Outline objectives, strategies and initiatives to deliver the KPIs.
- Enhance brand positioning and market presence through breakthrough marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships.
- Lead the implementation of advertising campaigns, consumer promotions, PR/other marketing support tactics
- Oversee that the brand positioning, messaging and visual identity are consistent across all touchpoints.
- Leverage agile consumer insights tools to validate ideas and refine brand strategy and initiatives.
- Partner with digital, sales, product innovation, and other departments to ensure cohesive execution along the consumer journey.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to enhance marketing efforts and achieve objectives.
- Balance short-term and long-term priorities to achieve business results and brand KPIs. Lead plan improvements and optimizations leveraging data and analytics
- Lead the brand team in commercialization of innovation launches
- Lead the brand team in monitoring and analyzing monthly market trends and brand performance, adjusting plans accordingly to deliver performance in line with objectives.
- Responsible for P&L including the development and management of the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Responsible for building, leading, and mentoring a brand team of 4, including fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional development.
About you
- MBA Degree in Marketing or Related Field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in brand management, marketing, and/or commercial within OTC or CPG, especially VMS category.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies, including go to market strategies for new item launches.
- Strong leadership and team management skills - to envision, engage, enable, mentor, and execute.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, incl. experience with Circana or Nielsen, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
