Lead and manage high performing NY-based client service teams ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients, according to contractual obligations and service level agreements.

The Team You'll Work With:

The Head of Client Services NY will have overarching management responsibilities for the team of Principals within the core business, ensuring the achievement of service deliverables. They will work hand in hand with Business Operations and Technology teams to ensure superior deliverables as well as operational leverage.
The Role Will Include:
  • Oversee and Manage Service Delivery:
    • Provide effective line management of service delivery leaders, establishing clear objectives, accountability, and support mechanisms to ensure high standards of service.
    • Define and implement a target operating model to create an efficient, scalable service delivery engine, leveraging tech automation where appropriate.
    • Manage resource allocations across various client service teams, covering product types such as Buy-out, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Credit, and Fund of Funds.
    • Oversee critical functions including fund accounting, portfolio accounting, back-office operations, administration, financial reporting, and investor services.
  • Strategic Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with business development teams to drive new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
    • Champion a culture of collaboration by connecting with peers from other offices and the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team.
    • Work closely with the Head of Client Service to promote a high-performance culture, enhance staff retention, and foster a learning environment.

The Experience You Bring:
  • 15-20 years of experience in a senior management role, specifically within financial services or professional services requiring client mindset and agility.
  • Extensive experience in designing and refining service delivery operating models and creating service improvement roadmaps.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading client service teams.
  • Strong capabilities in planning, developing, and managing organizational goals and budgets.
  • Experience in managing within a global organization is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The salary range for this position is $250,000 - $350,000, in addition to a discretionary bonus, eligibility to be considered for the Gen II Incentive plan (LTIP). and a comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offer within that range will depend on the candidate's experience level.

Work Arrangement

All applicants applying to Gen II Fund Services, LLC must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note that US employees are required to work a hybrid schedule, comprised of three (3) days a week in our New York office and two (2) days remotely.
