Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven, relationship-focused Director of Business Development to lead our expansion into third-party property management. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy, identifying and acquiring new clients, and building a scalable sales infrastructure for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Sales & Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure new property management contracts with multifamily property owners, investors, and developers.
  • Develop a Scalable Sales Strategy: Build and refine the sales pipeline, CRM processes, and lead generation strategies to ensure consistent deal flow.
  • Leverage Industry Relationships: Utilize your network to establish partnerships with brokers, asset managers, and real estate investment groups.
  • Consultative Selling Approach: Understand owners' pain points, present solutions that enhance NOI, and demonstrate the value of OneWall's lean operations and tech-driven efficiency.
  • Pipeline Management & Reporting: Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Brand & Thought Leadership: Represent OneWall at real estate events, industry conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand credibility.

Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of business development experience in property management, multifamily real estate, or commercial real estate services.
  • Strong understanding of multifamily property operations, NOI optimization, and asset management.
  • Proven track record of closing B2B deals and building long-term client relationships.
  • Existing network within the real estate investment, brokerage, or development community.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and lead generation strategies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
